Decades ago, women rarely faced a choice between bearing children over having careers.  These days, as women occupy powerful positions, they either delay having children until they get to the professional level they want or wait too long to decide.

Now egg freezing, a new procedure, may give women more options for motherhood and less stress about that ticking biological clock.  Perhaps this is the new paradigm shift to level playing field between men and women.

So does this mean that women can have it all?
